Marie Minder, the founder and managing director has been in the IT industry for 20 years. Before starting MMW, Marie spent 11 years as the Information Technology manager for a Fortune 100 chemical manufacturing company. In this role, Marie was responsible for networks, application development and technical support. She established the technical training division of Inacom Information Systems Oakland in 1992.

Marie is a frequent presenter on the topic of "Working in the Valley" introducing foreign nationals to the wonders of doing business in the Silicon Valley for Cendant Intercultural. Ken Anderson is a graduate Electrical Engineer from Villanova University and has over thirty years of Senior Management experience in both large and small companies. As President & CEO of one technology company, he oversaw its successful IPO. For seven years, he operated a hi-tech temporary employment service providing contract professionals in the fields of programming, network engineering and management. Ken was even a co-founder of one temporary firm during which he set up its policies and procedures from scratch.

In addition, he served as the President, Board member, and Director of the local chapter of the National Technical Services Association (NTSA), which is a legal and legislative nationwide organization based in the Silicon Valley. My personal email address is ken@mmwi.com.

Marianne Hampton has been in the recruiting industry for over 17 years. She has worked for large, multinational staffing companies and small start-ups, as an individual contributor and as a manager. She has won many awards such as Rookie of the Year (Robert Half International), and Top Producer (Joseph Michaels). She has a strong network of colleagues, clients and candidates throughout the Bay Area. Marianne has a bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a MBA from Golden Gate University.
