Instructional Designers
We’re seeking contract instructional designers to develop effective web based/instructor led training programs for a geographically diverse audiences. We work with a number of companies in the Bay Area providing instructional design expertise on a variety of subject matter. A typical project is 3 -12 months. We are looking for proven experience in developing or repurposing content for the web.

The ideal candidate is a topnotch professional and will have:

  • Needs analysis and design experience

  • Courseware/training material development experience

  • Experience working with Subject Matter Experts

Change Management
We are seeking Consultants experienced with the delivery change management services to work with our clients on organization wide change initiatives. Sample Projects include:

  • Developing integrated change management project plans.

  • Client project team coaching and support.

  • Interface with the client Sponsorship team.

  • Conduct change adoption surveys.

  • Design and help establish a client champion network.

  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and feedback sessions.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis including interviews.

  • Develop and implement change adoption metrics.

  • Develop change communication strategies and action plans.

  • Conduct workforce readiness and impact assessments.

  • Develop and present change readiness/adoption findings and
    recommendation reports.

  • Conduct project team effectiveness surveys and coaching.
